Since these are digital and customized services, no physical product is shipped.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Service was not delivered due to our fault
  • Order cancellation approved before work has started

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after project start

Cancellation Policy

Once the work has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


Processing Time

Chargebacks

Client Responsibility

Project delays due to missing information from the client are not eligible for refunds.
