Since these are digital and customized services, no physical product is shipped.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Service was not delivered due to our fault
- Order cancellation approved before work has started
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Completed work or delivered services
- SEO or marketing performance expectations
- Change of mind after project start
- Delays caused by lack of client response
- Custom design or development work
- Monthly marketing or maintenance plans already active
Cancellation Policy

Processing Time

Chargebacks

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing:

Project delays due to missing information from the client are not eligible for refunds.
